- Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays
- During peak periods, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be extended

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and logistics partner.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- International destinations: 10–25 business days
These are estimated timeframes only, not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free-shipping offers apply only to eligible orders and destinations
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided once available
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to:

- Failure to collect the package
- Refusal of delivery
We are not obligated to issue a refund. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
8. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@hzrnc.com.
Resolution (replacement or refund) will be assessed case-by-case, depending on carrier confirmation and investigation results.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or video evidence of the package and product are required
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in refusal of the claim.
10. Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
In such cases, delivery times may vary.
