Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)



In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.


To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@hzrnc.com within 14 days of delivery.





2. Eligibility for Returns



A return request will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:


  • The request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided



We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.





3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items



The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items returned incomplete or altered
  • Clearance or promotional items (if marked as final sale)
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)






4. Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments



Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.





5. Inspection & Approval



All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to Section 6.


If the return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.





6. Refund Processing



  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider



We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.





7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hzrnc.com with:


  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue



Failure to report within this timeframe may result in refusal of the claim.





8. Chargebacks & Disputes



Customers agree to contact Horizon Commerce International Ltd first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.


Unjustified chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the refund system may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.
